Executive Order on commemorative medal to mark 80 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, and to pay tribute to the great feat accomplished by the veterans of war, their heroism and selfless service, the President ordered to establish a commemorative medal, 80 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.
